Bioglow-AI provides personalized organic skincare and makeup products and routine recommendations for educational and assistance purposes only using user input and AI-based skin analysis. It does not provide medical diagnosis.

We do not collect sensitive health data beyond what you voluntarily share for the purpose of generating skincare and makeup recommendations.

We use the collected information solely to:

• • Analyze uploaded facial images using AI (YOLOv8-based models) to detect visible skin concerns
• • Process allergy and sensitivity inputs to filter safe, organic product recommendations
• • Generate personalized, explainable skincare and makeup product and routine suggestions
• • Improve recommendation accuracy and service quality (using only anonymized, aggregated insights — no individual data is used for model training)

We do not use your facial images or any personal inputs to train AI models. Processing occurs in real-time for your current session.

3. Facial Image Data & Retention

We handle facial images with strict care:

• • Images are processed temporarily during analysis only (seconds to minutes)
• • Images are automatically deleted immediately after analysis completes
• • Maximum retention: Images are purged within 1 hour in case of any technical issue
• • No permanent storage of original images
• • No human review — processing is fully automated
• • No use for AI training or sharing
• • Encrypted transfer — all uploads use HTTPS

Only derived results (e.g., detected concerns) are used temporarily to generate recommendations. The original image is never stored or retained.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required for basic web application functionality (e.g., session management).

Any analytics are limited to anonymized, aggregated usage data to understand and improve the service. No personal identifiers are linked.

You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share minimal data only with trusted technical providers necessary to operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting for temporary processing, AI inference partners), all bound by strict data processing agreements to protect your information and process it only as instructed.

11. Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, you can:

Upon request, your account will be scheduled for deletion with a 7-day recovery window. During this period, you can log in and restore your account. After 7 days, your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
