How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in two ways:

Self-Service (Logged-in Users)
Go to My Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) to confirm your identity before the deletion is processed.

Email Request
Send an email to grievance@bioglow-ai.com with your registered email address and any relevant details. We will process your request within 7 working days.
What Happens After You Request Deletion

We will verify your request to ensure account ownership.

Once verified, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion with a 7-day recovery window.

During the 7-day window, you can log in and restore your account.

After 7 days, your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful deletion, we will permanently remove:
Your account profile information (name, email, phone, address)
Skin analysis history and stored preferences
Chat messages and consultation history
Blog submissions and comments
Subscription, payment records, and credit balances
Testimonials and reviews
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for:
Legal obligations and regulatory compliance
Fraud prevention and security
Compliance with applicable laws
Such data will not be used for any other purpose and will be securely deleted once no longer required.
Important Notes
